1/12 scale handmade Tudor dolls house by Robert Stubbs, comes fully wire with lights and transformer.

Dimensions:

Overall size: 27” high to apex of roof, width at widest 27“, 16” deep.

Ground Floor:

 Left-hand room: 12” wide, 13” deep, 9¾” high.

 Right-hand room: 10” wide, 10¾“ deep, 9¾” high.

First Floor:

 Left-hand room: 15¾” wide, 14½” deep, 15½” high to apex.

 Right-hand room: 8¾“ wide,  12” deep, 11” high to apex.

Buyer to collect the doll’s house from the shop or delivery can be arranged up to 50 miles for an extra fee.
